Personal Data Processing Consent

By submitting an enquiry through the contact form on sofiasaveleva.com (the "Website"), the User (the data subject) grants, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation, their consent to the processing of their personal data by individual entrepreneur Sofia Sergeevna Saveleva (Russian Tax ID (INN) 784101137440, OGRNIP 322784700104111, email so.saveleva@gmail.com; the "Data Controller") on the terms set out below.

1. Age requirements
This consent is given by Users who are at least 18 years of age. Users between the ages of 14 and 18 may give consent only with the written consent of a parent or other legal representative. Personal data of persons under the age of 14 is not processed through this Website.

2. Personal data covered by this consent
— name and surname;
— email address;
— phone number;
— messenger app and username in the messenger;
— content of the message submitted through the contact form, including the description of the project, enquiry and any other information provided by the User;
— technical data about the visit to the Website (IP address, cookie identifiers, device and browser data) collected in an anonymised form.

3. Granularity of consents
The User provides separate consents for each of the following purposes and may withdraw consent for any purpose independently. Only purpose (a) is mandatory for processing the User’s enquiry. Purposes (b) and (c) are optional and are confirmed by separate opt-in actions in the Website interface.
— (a) Processing the User’s enquiry, communicating with the User via the channels indicated, discussing potential cooperation, preparing commercial proposals, entering into and performing service agreements. Mandatory consent: enquiry processing is not possible without it.
— (b) Sending news, event announcements and information about products and services of the Data Controller via email or messenger. Optional consent: confirmed by a separate checkbox.
— (c) Use of analytics cookies and the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service to improve the Website and analyse user activity. Optional consent: confirmed via the cookie banner on the first visit.

4. Actions performed with personal data
The Data Controller may carry out collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, change), extraction, use, transfer (in cases provided for by the Privacy Policy), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

5. Methods of processing
Personal data may be processed both by automated and non-automated means.

6. Term of consent
Consent for each purpose in Section 3 is given for the period necessary to achieve the relevant purpose, and in any event no longer than:
— one (1) year — for personal data received through the contact form (purpose "a");
— until consent is withdrawn or up to one (1) year from the last interaction — for the mailing list (purpose "b");
— until consent is withdrawn or up to one (1) year from the last Website visit — for analytics cookies (purpose "c");
— three (3) years from termination of the contractual relationship — where a service agreement has been concluded.

7. Withdrawal of consent
The User may withdraw consent in full or with respect to a specific purpose at any time. Withdrawal of consent for purpose "a" is effected by sending a written request to so.saveleva@gmail.com. The request must contain the User’s name, surname, email address and a clear indication of the purpose for which consent is being withdrawn. Withdrawal of the mailing-list consent (purpose "b") is additionally available via the "Unsubscribe" link in each email. Withdrawal of the analytics-cookie consent (purpose "c") is additionally available via the cookie banner and browser settings. The Data Controller will cease processing and destroy the personal data within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the request, except for data that must be retained by law.

8. Acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy
By submitting the contact form, the User confirms that they have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

9. Language of the Consent
This Consent is published on the Website in Russian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Russian version shall prevail.
