Privacy PolicyThis Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the processing of personal data collected through the website sofiasaveleva.com (the "Website") and sets out how personal data of website visitors (the "Users") is collected, processed, stored and protected.

— technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of visit, referral source. Such data is processed in an anonymised form using web analytics services.
3. Legal basis for processingWe process personal data on the following legal grounds:
— your consent, expressed through conclusive actions (submission of the contact form) and (or) by ticking a checkbox confirming your agreement with this Policy and the Personal Data Processing Consent;

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, and in any event no longer than:
— one (1) year from the date of the last interaction — for data collected via the contact form and initial project discussions that did not result in a service agreement;
— three (3) years from termination of the contractual relationship — for data of clients with whom a service agreement was concluded;
— the period required by accounting and tax legislation — for data contained in primary accounting documents.
Upon expiry of the retention period, personal data is destroyed.
6. Sharing with third partiesWe do not share personal data with third parties, except:
— where such sharing is necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing set out in this Policy (for example, engaging contractors that provide the Website’s technical support, payment services or courier services) — and only to the extent required for the relevant service;
— where required by law and upon a duly reasoned request from competent authorities.
We do not share personal data with third parties for the purposes of marketing, advertising or sale.
7. International data transfersWe do not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data of Users. Web analytics on the Website is performed exclusively via Yandex.Metrica (LLC Yandex, Russian Federation), whose servers are located within the Russian Federation.
Should we adopt any service in the future that involves cross-border transfer of personal data, we will submit a notification to Roskomnadzor in accordance with Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 prior to commencing such transfer, and will update this Policy accordingly.
