Hello, I'm Sofia Saveleva
I help businesses create

Помогаю бизнесу создавать пространства и проекты, в которых люди замедляются, восстанавливаются и чувствуют глубокую связь с местом и брендом

spaces and projects where people slow down, restore, and feel a deep connection to place and brand.
What i do
My work consists of three stages. Each is a standalone product. You can start with any stage, but it’s better to move sequentially — from strategy to launch.

Research and strategy

[ 01 ]
I study the initial data, analyze the context, audience, and existing scenarios. I draw on scientific data and global practice. Based on the research, I formulate the concept — what this place or project can become for the person and how it can work for their restoration.
Outcome: situation analysis, benchmarking, concept.

Methodology and activations

[ 03 ]
I launch on-site events: lectures, exhibitions, slow experiences — retreats and walks. I shape the project’s communication and visual language. I train the team so they can grow the program of events without my involvement.

User scenarios

[ 02 ]
I design guest experience scenarios: route logic, zoning, user journeys. At this stage, the space or project gets a "user manual" for its main hero — the person.
Outcome: program of events and conceptual communication strategies.
Outcome: product concept, guest experience map.
and in practice — I’ve been exploring how an environment, its atmosphere and rhythm, shape people’s state and behavior.
For many years — in theory

How i work
I’ve always loved creating slow experiences and spaces that help people shift their "assemblage point." Return to the present moment. Move from the mode of human doing to the mode of human being.
In every case, I work toward one common goal: that the place and project stop being "infrastructure" and become an environment that forms an emotional connection.
business approach with careful attention to human experience, at the intersection of three fields.
In my work, I combine a realistic
