What is forest therapy
It is based on the principles of the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing": through gentle invitations, we sequentially engage sight, hearing, smell, touch, and taste.

From nature to a culture of health
Our environment influences our behavior: what is available nearby, how easy it is to repeat, and whether the space supports the desired behavior.

Therefore, it is important not only to tell people what is good for them, but also to create conditions in which healthy behavior becomes a natural part of everyday life.
